We started Waveloop because the existing tools were either overpriced bloatware or risky bots that got accounts shadowbanned. Waveloop is the simple, safe, Meta-approved way to turn Instagram comments into real conversations.
Our story
Waveloop began as an internal tool. We were running a creator business and watching thousands of "send me the link 🙏" comments go unanswered because there weren't enough hours in the day. The existing automation tools either looked dated, broke under Instagram's rate limits, or were so complex they needed a part-time employee to manage.
So we built our own. It started with a single rule: if someone comments a keyword on this post, DM them this link, automatically. That one rule became Waveloop.
Three years later, Waveloop is a Meta-approved Business Partner used by 47,000+ creators, brands, and agencies across 60+ countries. The mission hasn't changed: make Instagram conversations effortless — without losing the human voice on either side.
