Do I need a card to start?+
For the free Hobby plan, no — sign up with email or Google and no billing details are needed, ever. For the 7-day trial of a paid plan, yes: you add a card up front, nothing is charged for 7 days, and the first payment is taken on day 7 unless you cancel before then. You can cancel any time in Settings.
How does the 7-day free trial work?+
Pick Creator or Business and you get 7 days of that plan completely free — we take your card up front but charge nothing for 7 days. Connect your Instagram and use everything right away. On day 7 your plan starts and the first payment is taken automatically, unless you cancel before then in Settings → Billing — cancel and you pay nothing and drop to the free Hobby plan. We email you before the trial ends, and you're covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee.
Do I pay per Instagram account?+
Yes. Each Instagram account you connect is its own workspace with its own plan. The free Hobby plan is free on every account, and Creator or Business are priced per account. So if you run three accounts and want Creator on two of them, that's two Creator plans, with the third staying free on Hobby. Add as many accounts as you like and mix plans however suits you.
Which payment methods can I use?+
Card is the fastest — it activates your plan instantly. You can also pay by UPI AutoPay: you'll get a mandate-approval request in your UPI app to approve. If a future renewal ever fails, we'll email you to re-approve it — your plan isn't dropped. International customers can pay by any debit or credit card at checkout, shown in their local currency, with instant activation.
What happens when paid plans launch?+
Existing users get a grace period and an early-adopter discount locked in. You'll never be force-migrated to a worse plan.
Can I export my data if I leave?+
Yes. Email support and we'll send a complete export of your contacts, automations, and analytics within 24 hours.
