Yes. One Waveloop login can run up to 25 Instagram accounts.
Each Instagram account gets its own workspace, with its own automations and its own plan. A new account starts on Free. You upgrade only the accounts that need more, and each paid account is billed on its own. You switch between them from the top of your dashboard.
Add another account
- Click your profile picture at the top of your dashboard.
- Click Add New Workspace.
- Name the workspace, like your brand or a client's name, and click Create workspace.
- Go to Connections and click Connect next to the new workspace.
- Instagram asks you to log in. Use the account you want to add, and approve access.
The new account needs to be a professional account too, Business or Creator.
Running accounts for clients
Name each workspace after the client, so you always know which account you're in. On Pro, Intelligence adds client reports: a read-only link for each automation that you can send to the client.
If the account is already on Waveloop
If that Instagram is linked to a different Waveloop account, connecting it here moves it to this one. If the other account pays for a plan on that Instagram, email contact@waveloopai.com and we'll move it for you.
