My automations stopped or say “reconnect” — what do I do?

Instagram access tokens expire periodically, or you may have changed your password — when that happens, Waveloop pauses your automations to stay safe. Just open the Connections screen and click Reconnect to log in again through Meta. Your paused automations resume exactly where they left off; nothing is lost.
