As many as you like. Automations are unlimited on every plan, including Free. Comment, DM keyword and story reply automations all work the same way: there is no cap on how many you create or switch on.
Fair use
Unlimited comes with fair use. We only slow down extreme accounts, to keep them safe on Instagram.
Make each one do more
- One automation can listen for several keywords, so you rarely need two on the same post.
- On Pro, a single Any post or reel automation covers every post you publish. On Free, each comment automation runs on one post or reel.
- Contacts and DMs are unlimited on every plan too.
Add many at once
Moving from another tool, or setting up lots of posts? Import your automations from a CSV file. Open Automations and choose Import CSV. You see what will be created before anything is saved. Import works on every plan. Moving from another tool? See Migrate to Waveloop.
Keep your list tidy
To remove an automation you no longer need, open it from Automations and click the trash icon at the top.
Before you delete one, open its Overview tab and check its runs. Keep the automations that still fire, and retire the ones on posts nobody comments on anymore.
