Is there a free plan? +
Yes. The Hobby plan is ₹0 forever — no credit card and no expiry. You can run real Instagram DM automation on it for as long as you like, and upgrade only when you want more.
How does the 7-day free trial work? +
Pick Creator or Business and you get 7 days completely free — no credit card required to start. If you don't upgrade before the trial ends, your account simply drops back to the free Hobby plan. There are no surprise charges: we never bill you without you choosing to pay.
What are the plans and prices? +
Hobby is ₹0 forever. Creator is ₹999/month or ₹9,990/year (save two months). Business is ₹4,999/month or ₹49,990/year. All prices include GST. See the full feature comparison on the pricing page.
Which payment methods can I use? +
Card is the fastest — it activates your plan instantly. UPI AutoPay works too, but you'll need to approve the recurring mandate in your UPI app within about 5 minutes or it times out (just retry if so). Paying from outside India? Use PayPal or any card in USD — Creator is $120/year, with instant activation.
Why did my UPI payment fail or time out? +
UPI AutoPay needs you to approve the recurring mandate request inside your UPI app within a few minutes. If you miss that window, the request times out — this is a UPI mandate timeout, not a problem with your account. Just retry the payment, or switch to a card for instant activation.
Do you offer refunds? +
Yes — we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If Waveloop isn't right for you, request a refund within 14 days of your payment. Full details are in our refund policy.
Will I get a GST invoice? +
Yes. Every paid plan comes with a proper GST invoice, and the prices we show are inclusive of GST — so there's nothing extra added at checkout.
How do I cancel? +
You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing in the app. You keep full access until the end of your current billing period, and then your account drops back to the free Hobby plan. No cancellation fees.
Can I export my data if I leave? +
Yes. Your data is yours. Email our support team and we'll arrange a full export of your contacts and account data for you.
