Yes. On Pro and Max, you can download your contacts, and any emails you collected, as CSV files from the Contacts page. Do it before your plan ends. On Free, you can still see and search every contact in the app, and you can email contact@waveloopai.com from the email address on your account for a copy of your data.
Export your contacts (Pro)
- Log in to Waveloop.
- Open Contacts.
- Clear the search box, so the list isn't filtered.
- Choose Export all CSV.
The file lists each contact's Instagram username, a link to their profile and when they last interacted with you. To export only some people, tick them first, then choose Export.
Export collected emails
If you collected emails inside your DMs, they appear under Email leads on the same page. Choose Download emails CSV. The file has each email, the Instagram username, where it came from and when it was collected.
Emails you collected on a paid plan stay on the Contacts page after you move to Free.
Closing your account
Cancelling a plan doesn't delete anything. Your account moves to Free and your data stays. To close your account completely, delete it in Settings, under General. Here's how account deletion works. You can also ask us by email.
CSV files open in any spreadsheet app, such as Excel or Google Sheets.
