Every plan gets the Home dashboard and Intelligence Basic. Pro and Max add Intelligence Advanced, with deeper insights about your audience and your content.
The numbers come from the people your automations reach and from your Instagram account stats.
On every plan
- Home dashboard: DMs sent, contacts, followers gained through the follow gate (a Pro feature), click-through rate and live automations.
- Alerts on Home: an automation that's live but silent, one that needs setup, or two automations sharing a keyword.
- Run counts: every automation shows how often it has fired. Comment automations also keep a run history on their Overview tab.
- Link in Bio stats: page views, clicks and click rate.
- Intelligence Basic: your headline numbers, such as people reached, how many came back and your superfans, plus account stats: followers, engagement rate, average likes and comments, and total posts.
A superfan is someone who engaged with you 6 or more times.
With Intelligence Advanced (Pro and Max)
- Timing: when your audience is most active, so you know when to post.
- Loyalty: how loyal your audience is, with a warning when superfans go quiet.
- New versus returning: how many people are new and how many come back.
- Content: your top posts, ranked by results.
- Client reports: a read-only link for each automation that you can send to a client or brand partner.
When it fills in
Account stats start once there are a couple of days of snapshots to compare. The audience and content insights need more data, and appear once your automations have captured a few hundred leads.
